Tyda


Tyda is a natural hill destination, located in Andhra Pradesh. Located about 40 Kilometers from Araku Valley, this popular hill station lies in the Eastern Ghats at an altitude of 1520 feet above sea level. Tyda is an eco-tourism spot, renowned for the Jungle Bells Nature Camp which offers camping facilities. Tyda is a best place for wildlife and bird watching. Tourists can also go for rock climbing, trekking and target shooting with bow and arrows. One can have a pleasant stay in the log huts and tents.

Mode of Transport : Visakhapatnam is the nearest Airport which is connected by air to Kolkata, Delhi, Mumbai, Hyderabad and Bangalore. It is an important railway junction on Kolkata-Chennai main line and is connected to both the cities by train. National Highway 5 (NH - 5) connects the city with nearby destinations. From Vizag, daily buses are available connecting it with Tyda.
